Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing and dispatch. “Dispatched” means your order has been handed to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak seasons and holidays, processing may extend up to 4 business days.
Free Shipping Eligibility
Orders that include bundles or meet our minimum purchase threshold automatically qualify for FREE standard shipping. Single-item orders that do not meet this threshold will have a standard shipping fee applied at checkout.
All free shipping offers are calculated after discounts and before taxes. Any active promotions will display the free shipping criteria on the product page or at checkout.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched:

Order Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses can lead to delays or cancellations.
If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at shopskinnova@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to update your information, but changes after this period cannot be guaranteed.
If our system detects an address issue, we’ll reach out within 3 business days to confirm details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Delayed Delivery
At Skin Nova, we strive for timely delivery, but occasional delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, customs checks, or weather conditions. We’ll monitor your order and keep you informed if any issues arise.
In rare cases, delays may occur during processing because of product availability, address verification, or payment issues. If so, we’ll contact you promptly.
Please note that Skin Nova is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. However, our support team is always available to assist you with tracking or courier communication.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, it is under their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact both the courier and shopskinnova@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We’ll help you file a claim with the courier and stay updated on their investigation. While Skin Nova cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to assist and, depending on the situation, may offer a replacement if the package is not recovered.
